🖼️Výstava: Babička a my - Hledání průsečíků mezi českou a evropskou kulturou
Druhý ročník literárně-historické a výtvarné soutěže pro žáky základních a středních škol, letošním tématem je Babička a MY.
Babička – Mýty, báje a báchorky
🎨Výstava představuje literární a výtvarná díla dětí a mládeže z řad národnostních menšin. Jejím cílem je přispět k hlubšímu historickému uvědomění mladé generace, motivovat ji k objevování osobní i kulturní identity a prostřednictvím odkazů lidové kultury ukázat souvislosti mezi minulostí a současností, mezi kulturou českou a evropskou.
Součástí programu bude slavnostní zahájení výstavy a vyhlášení vítězů soutěže včetně předání symbolických cen🏆

🤝Žijeme zde společně – moderovaná beseda
Brno bylo a je křižovatkou, na níž se potkávají, poznávají a obohacují různé národy, etnika a dnes také národnostní menšiny.
💬Besedu moderuje Jana Poláková, kurátorka Etnografického ústavu Moravského zemského muzea. Představí zástupce majoritní společnosti a vybrané národnostní menšiny, jejichž činnost dokazuje, jak prospěšný a potřebný může být zdánlivě obyčejný jedinec bez ohledu na jeho příslušnost k věkové, gendrové, sociální či národnostní skupině.
Hlavní téma letošního pořadu bude formální i neformální vzdělávání, které hraje v životě pozvaných hostů klíčovou roli.

🖼️Exhibition: Grandma and Us - Exploring Intersections Between Czech and European Culture
The second edition of the literary-historical and visual arts competition for primary and secondary school students, this year's theme is Grandma and Us.
Grandma – Myths, Legends, and Folktales
🎨The exhibition presents literary and artistic works by children and youth from national minorities. It aims to contribute to a deeper historical awareness among the younger generation, to motivate them to explore personal and cultural identity, to show the connections between past and present, between Czech and European culture.
The program will include the official opening of the exhibition and the announcement of the competition winners🏆

🤝Living Together – Moderated Discussion
Brno has been and remains a crossroads where different nations, ethnicities, and today also national minorities meet, learn from one another, and enrich each other.
💬The discussion will be moderated by Jana Poláková, curator of the Ethnographic Institute of the Moravian Museum. She will introduce representatives of the majority population and selected national minorities, whose activities demonstrate how beneficial and valuable even a seemingly ordinary individual can be, regardless of their affiliation with an age, gender, social, or national group.
The main theme of this year’s discussion will be formal and informal education, which plays a key role in the lives of the invited guests.
